Full-time profits & part-time hours

I did it working only two days a week. Now, I teach hairstylists to do the same.

What I built that changed everything

I worked behind the chair for 15 years. For a long time, I was fully booked, working five days a week, offering all the services. And scared to raise my prices more than $5 dollars. I was busy, but I wasn't very profitable.

Then, one week I had 4 balayages cancel on me, and I decided to calculate how much I'd lost to no-shows and cancellations I didn't charge for in one year... Fourteen thousand dollars. I absolutely DID NOT have that kind of money to hand out. That was the moment I committed to making changes.

I restructured my service menu, my pricing, my boundaries, my systems. Then, $750 days became $1,500+ days and five days a week became two.

Fully booked and underpaid became six figures working part-time.

I wanted to help other hairstylists do the same, So I started building brands & websites

The evolution:
From hairstylist to designer to coach

But I kept seeing the same pattern. Hairstylists were undercharging, stressed about money, and didn't believe they could charge the premium prices they dreamed of charging.

That's when I realized: the real problem wasn't visual. It was internal. Mindset. Systems. Beliefs.

Branding and websites were only part of the equation, but they weren't solving the core issue. That's when I began to focus on coaching. Because that's where the real transformation happens. And once you have that foundation in place, you can build your brand from a place of confidence and alignment.

I've lived it. Now, I teach it.

I've helped hairstylists doubled their monthly revenue while working less days. I've had clients hit their first $20K month. I helped hairstylists quit working weekends and get their life back.

I know exactly where you are because I was there. And I know how to fix it.

Your income is fixable.

You're not underpaid because you're not talented. You're underpaid because your business isn't structured for profit yet. That's a structure problem. And structure is fixable, which means your income is fixable too.
