My name is Mel, and for 15 years, I worked behind the chair. I built a business that felt completely aligned with my goals and values, but I watched so many of my peers—talented, hardworking independent hairstylists, struggle. Not because they weren’t highly skilled, but because they weren’t treating their business like a business.
I KNEW there had to be a better way...
So, I went back to school and started working with independent hairstylists to make their businesses look like the pros they are—with brand identities and on-brand websites that aren’t just beautiful they're bookable. (You’re in the beauty industry, after all.)
