what if i don't have branding?

You're welcome to use the fonts and colours in the template. However, branding is suggested. The templates pair perfectly with the Mini Brand Design. Fill out the form to get started.

what if i haven't used showit?

ShowIt is quite intuitive, though I understand anything new has a learning curve. Each template comes with a series of in-depth tutorial videos!

What if I need extra support? 

If you need help with the ShowIt site builder, the live ShowIt support is amazing! If you have a question regarding your purchase or an additional services, please e-mail hello@melguanchow.com

What other costs are involved?

You will need to purchase a domain from GoDaddy plus a subscription to ShowIt. Get one month on ShowIt for free here.

WHAT BRAND ASSETS do i need?

For best results you will need brand photography and website copy (the words) plus your branding assets - logo suite, colour palette and typography.

Is the privacy policy included?

No, the privacy policy copy itself is not included, you're responsible to source it. However the copy template is provided so you can input your policy.

do you offer refunds?

Unfortunately, I don't offer any refunds due to the digital nature of this product. However, if you have any questions about which template is best for you before you purchase, please feel free to email me!

how do i receive my product?

Directly after purchase you will be sent to a success page where there will be a link to a thank you page that has your unique key code for your chosen design. You will enter that key code into your ShowIt account.
